My daughters Sweet 16!!! Need your HELP!?

planning my sweet 16! Theme is HOLLYWOOD!! here is what i have got: Red Carpet as everyone arrives take pictures, play a guess who ( with the stars), phsyciatrist ( everyone is a movie), Chocolate fountain to dip food in-Cake, Match celeb to childhood pic, couch game, decorate as an awards party, watch a movie-chick flick! maybe 27 dresses of something- ALL GIRLS about 25, dress up as favorite star-prize for best dressed! For music i am playing songs like Glamourous by fergie, Sweet 16 by hilary duff, When i grow up by the cat dolls ect. Do you have any other creative ideas for decorating/activities/movie to watch? Cheap budget!!
