That is a bit weird to be with someone younger. But I went out with a guy one year younger than me when I was 15 and he treated me so well and his parents were so nice to me- they were always having parties on their boat. Your guy sounds pretty cute. See what happens but yeah it does sound like he likes you. Just listen to what your instinct says and normally that will work out ;)
