Why is the Black literature section in bookstores/libraries filled with ghetto nonsense?

Not all of these ghetto books are bad. By the way, I like "Their Eyes were watching God". Almost anything by James Baldwin. Love by Toni Morrison is great. Dorothy West's "The Wedding" and "If the living ain't easy" are good.
