Pre Seed!! Ive ordered some ladies, but how do I use it?

I used Pre Seed also. You only need to use it right before you BD. It's not like a pill you have to take every day in order for it to work. We didn't even use it how they recommended with the applicators and such that you have to insert in yourself. My husband would just put a bit on himself before we started as an external lubricant and that was enough! Seemed to work for us!
