What do you think of this shirt on a 13 year old in summer?

I LOVE that shirt!! I have one kind- of like it! (Don't worry I'm the same age as you.) haha With your hair I would just have it kind of wavy/ curly. Like the person in the picture, its very in right now. But if you cant do that; I would just leave it down. And for shoes, cute white, yellow, gray (other colors like that) just wear flats or sandals.
