Please help. How do I add to my Yahoo contacts from a csv file (created from Outlook)?

I just experienced a similar problem. It would tell me I have 0 contacts after I chose the upload file. I opened up the .CSV in Excel, deleted the first column (Title), and tried again, this time successfully.
