you should keep using the cetaphil and the pimple should go away. if your really doubtful, go buy some oxy pads and use those, you should make sure that your face doesnt feel greesy all the time, tif you rub ur forehead and it is slick. get a napkin or tissue and rub it in one direction, dont go back and forth with it or you will transfer dirt and oil across your face. everyone gets pimples that are the same way.
