My periods are painfull?

ok im 12 yrs old nearly 13 my first period was juss fine but for about 2months i didnt have them but my second period really hurts i had 2 miss school my periods are peretty havey and i feel sick i dono if it will happen again or not coz its only my second period is it normal ?? plz answer
