I went out with this guy for the first time about 2 weeks ago?

We had a great time and the kiss was amazing at the end of the date. So, the next day the guy calls and left me a message saying he had a great time & how he has 2 see me again etc. So I called him back a couple hrs later and said "sure, when ?" ... the convo. kinda got side tracked & we got on another subject and hung up w/o making plans. Soo, all this week we been kinda playing phone tag he's busy,& I was busy but we were texting back and forth when we could etc. Anyways, im disappointed because I was sooo hoping he would ask me out for valentines day but he didn't. He sent me a fckin text sayin happy v day ... and called me a few hrs ago & left me a message to call him back ... I called back a while later and he didn't answer ... so the ques. is, from what I just said do you guys think he's interested in me ?? Should I call him again ?? Should I answer if he calls me ?? Lol I don't want him to know im sitting at home waiting for his call but I don't want him to think im with another guy either ... any advice ?
